This Regulatory Norm – NR has to establish basic guidelines for measures to protect the safety and implementation of the health of workers in health services, as well as those who carry out health promotion and assistance.

For the purposes of applying this NR, health services are any building the provision of health care to the population, and all actions to promote,
recovery, assistance, research, and teaching in health at any level of complexity.
